Portrait Drawing Workshop

This Summer Sharpen Up Your Portraits!

In this workshop we will work together to improve on portraiture.

Making effective portraits is an essential skill in any artist's tool box. This is why we need to have a solid understanding of the underlying anatomy of the head.

We will start by studying the anatomy and planes of the face and of the skull. Then we will use a live model to learn and apply our anatomy studies as we create a finished portrait drawing.

This workshop is packed with information. We will guide you each step of the way as we create a portrait and skull drawing from start to finish.

This is a workshop for all levels as we cater our critiques to each individual student. This has been one of our student's favorite workshops and we are excited to be able to host it for a third time! We are hosting this workshop again at our student's request, it has been a favorite and we look forward to hosting it again!
