The Portrait Outdoors, in Evening Light
July 16 @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
We are very excited to host a workshop with both the portrait and Nature!
In this course we will have a live model pose for a portrait outside in the beautiful Missoula evening light.
Bring your material of choice! Make a portrait, in watercolor, pencil, charcoal, with pastels, or in oil colors, you choose!
There will be a brief lecture and demo at the beginning of class plus individual critiques.
We will be making one portrait during the entire class session.
What You Will Need
Drinking water, sunscreen, hat, paper towels, scotch tape, and a lawn chair to sit. If working in oils we recommend bringing an outdoor easel, if using a drawing medium like watercolor or pastel a drawing board will be fine.
